Orthodontists face difficulty when it comes to treating Class III malocclusion. It is best treat at the growing stage with dentofacial orthopedics. Maxillary protraction using Alternate Rapid Expansion and Contraction (Alt-RAME) technique an effective approach for skeletal malocclusion early age. A 9-year-old female patient came Department of Orthodontics a complaint backwardly placed upper teeth un-aesthetic dental as well facial appearance. Intraoral examination revealed anterior cross-bite 1 mm. Molar relation was class on right side super I left side. Slight crowding in lower arch spacing maxillary due unerupted seen. The diagnosed pattern associated retrusion, average growth pattern, molar side, protrusive lip. treatment such cases essential, so that retrusion can be corrected help orthopedic intervention. decided correction will done Alt-RAMEC protocol along facemask. Use helps improving overall profile patient. This case report shows result hyrax bonded expander facemask hypoplasia. crossbite treated this protocol.
